So little color variety. That was one thing I didn’t like about the ND, it’s too serious.

Give me a white one, and a can of RUF yellowbird paint.

Colour Comice is so dull for the Miata. I think Europe gets a blue as well, but it’s mostly more of the same.

Funny you should say yellow though, since that’s offered in the Japanese market, and seems to look really nice

Those are all North Dakotas. I'm more a fan of the Not Applicable, followed by New Brunswick, if you're not into that whole brevity thing. North Carolina can eat a dick (if the law allows it).

Japanese companies have a track record for shying away from vibrant colors, I don’t know why. The few times someone goes out on a limb, it seems to work (I have no sales numbers to back this up).

Such blah colors. The red looks quite nice on the ND but no way I could ever own a red Miata, its just too typical. I imagine they have to come out with BRG again and I would hope some shades of blue. I don’t think I would ever be in the market though for an ND thanks to the electric steering. Maybe you can get used to it, but it just felt so foreign when I drove one. Otherwise the car definitely feels just like a more powerful NA/NB gen Miata.

Yep, Deep Crystal Blue FTW. The first time I went looking at NDs, they had a Mazda6 on the floor in that color, and I was like, why the hell don’t they offer the Miata in this color.

Right. It’s not like they have to make an entirely new color. Just paint it the same.
